The initial visit with a new client typically involves many questions so that we may better understand your health needs. The consultation and treatment may last up to 1 1/2 hours.
Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese Medicine treatment that has been proven relief in a wide variety of aliments and symptoms. Sometimes Herbs and Herbal supplements are also suggested as a part of the Acupuncture visit. These herbal supplements compliment the original acupuncture treatment, allowing additional healing to take place between visits.
Some specialized Acupuncture treatments also available are: Moxabustion therapy and Cupping and Asian body work (Acupressure).

Originally from Japan, Yumiko is sensitive to the needs of her patients. With over 10 years of hands-on experience and yearly education special topics, she has worked to resolve a wide variety of client aliments, including patients with diabetes, severe allergies, COPD relief, body pain after surgery or injury, headaches, weight loss and other conditions.
In her downtime, she enjoys working in her flower and vegtable garden. She has her ever faithful "helpers" (Sam and Sara).
